Get The Emotional Appeal Of Movies

By Leanna Green

Below are some of the best movies of all time. If you want to enjoy a great film tonight, you will find information on some of the greatest motion pictures you may have never heard of. Check them out. Keep in mind you can download them practically instantaneously to your own computer in the coziness of your own home.

Night Nurse - Extraordinary, hard story of nurse (Stanwyck) who couldn't disregard bizarre goings on in home where she works. Blondell adds zingy support and it is one of Gable's most extraordinary early appearances. Cast includes Barbara Stanwyck, Ben Lyon, Joan Blondell, Clark Gable, Charlotte Merriam, and Charles Winninger.

Down to You - Prinze and Stiles futilely try to buddy us up by talking straight into the camcorder, clarifying how their once pleasant college romance went bust (albeit not as bust as the film). In someway, this motion picture manages to find room for subplots in reference to a Television show and a friend who has a try as an adult-film entrepreneur with a sort of bohemian knowledgeable porn actress. Cast includes Freddie Prinze, Jr., Julia Stiles, Shawn Hatosy, Selma Blair, Zak Orth, Ashton Kutcher, Rosario Dawson, Henry Winkler, and Lucie Amaz. (91 minutes, 2000)

South Sea Women - Depressing isle storyline of love and dishonesty with Cadet Lancaster kindling the fire with Mayo. Cast includes Burt Lancaster, Virginia Mayo, Chuck Connors, Arthur Guards, and Paul Burke. (99 minutes,'53)

Gun the Man Down - Injured outlaw avows retribution on cohorts who left him in the middle of a stickup gone badly. Cast includes James Arness, Angie Dickinson, Robert Wilke, and Emile Meyer. (78 minutes,'56)

Knocked Up - A drunken, one-night-stand encounter between young, nice-looking go-getter Allison,, and a messy slacker, Ben, modifies the tracks their lives are on. It turns out he didn't use the condom, and she's pregnant. Can these two really become a couple and raise a child together?

The Choirboys - Allegedly joke adventures of LA. Cops who alleviate work pressures by raunchy doings. This is a Foul-mouthed, foul-minded, heavy handed movie from book by Joseph Wambaugh, who disavowed this dud. Cast includes Charles Durning, Louis Gossett, Jr., Perry Baron, Clyde Kusatsu, Stephen Macht, Tim McIntire, Randy Quaid, Don Stroud, and James Woods. (119 minutes,'77)

So whether you know it or not, when you sit down and slow down and enjoy a excellent motion picture you are doing yourself a favor. You are permitting yourself to calm down and dream, escape your own difficulties and get pleasure from some peaceable downtime and you are also learning more about other people and the world we all live in. It is no wonder that motion pictures are almost everyone's preferred source of entertainment.
